Statutory Financial Audit

Under Thai law, all companies must submit annual financial statements to the Ministry of Commerce reviewed and approved by a Thai Certified Public Accountant. This is not an audit in the sense of a Revenue Department investigation but rather submission of financial statements for the purposes of calculating tax liabilities. Our audit services related to statutory financial statements is in accordance with Thai Financial Reporting Standard (TFRS) and we process hundreds of such financial statements on an annual basis.
Financial Review Service

BOI Audit in accordance with BOI Privileges

The Thai Board of Investment (BOI) provides certain tax privileges in exchange for investments considered by the BOI as strategic to the Thai economy. According to the BOI, a certified auditor is required to audit financial reports before submitting such reports to the BOI as a condition of receiving tax benefits. BOI privileges are assigned on a case-by-case basis. We provide BOI audit according to the specific requirements of a particular BOI Privilege.
